Position Summary
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our production team. Qualified candidates will have a 1- or 2-year Technical College Diploma and be proficient with modern CNC equipment. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, along with a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills, lathes, and other machining centers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
  • Perform tooling changes, offsets, program edits, and machine adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and precision standards using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Monitor machine performance and maintain optimal production efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering or supervisors to resolve problems.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
  • Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications
  • 1- or 2-year Technical College Diploma in a related field.
  • Experience with modern CNC equipment required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Positive, enthusiastic work attitude.

Schedule
  • 4x10 schedule
  • 2nd and 3rd shifts available
  • Overtime opportunities

Supplemental Pay
  • Differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts
