We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our production team. Qualified candidates will have a 1- or 2-year Technical College Diploma and be proficient with modern CNC equipment. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, along with a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work.
- Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills, lathes, and other machining centers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Perform tooling changes, offsets, program edits, and machine adjustments as needed.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and precision standards using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor machine performance and maintain optimal production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering or supervisors to resolve problems.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- 1- or 2-year Technical College Diploma in a related field.
- Experience with modern CNC equipment required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
